What a girl sees is a self-centered ego maniac that isn't going to be able to look after her at all, because he is not serious about her and doesn't listen to what she has to state. A bad relationship prospect.

One other way of saying it is that guys act as if they are very interesting. They figure they have to be interesting for a girl to be thinking about them. Sorry guys, but it doesn't work that way. You should be interested in the girl, not interesting to get her attention. Did you ever see two interesting persons on a date. It's hilarious! They're both so busy wanting to be interesting to the other that neither has time to be interested in another.

If you don't know what We are talking about, think what makes you feel better. A girl who is keen on you? Or a girl who is letting you know how cool she is, how hot she really is, and so on, and all sorts of other interesting things.

Interesting leads to many rejections and "platonic" friendships by the way. Girls can be friends with a guy who is really interesting. Why? Girls enjoy being amused and entertained. Interesting guys are kind of like children to them. An origin of non-sexual entertainment and pleasure.
